Illinois Watch Co. 12 size 23 jewel pendant-set Grade 410 pocket watch. A beautiful top quality movement, this example is a Model 6 which is scarce in this grade with a total production believed to be only 600 made. The Model 6 is designed to be a hunting case model movement but this particular example features an unusual conversion style metal dial with no seconds-bit which allows this movement to orient correctly in an open face style case. Case... is a 20 year gold-filled B&B Royal and features attractive engraving detail to its rear. Movement serial number is 3847147.Running and a beautiful movement with excellent color and luster. Dial faces up well with just some typical mild surface marks and spots. Case is attractive with good engraving detail showing just some mild light wear. Good glass crystal.
