Here’s a nice find of a very old, antique / vintage store advertising calendar plate with transferware fruit decoration and gold imprinted advertising “1850 - 1896 - 1907 Compliments of Isaac H. Stubbs & Sons", Delta PA." - from Delta (York County), PA.". It is 7 1/4 inches in diameter, , with worn gold edge trim. Our limited research indicares this was a "General Store" business. Possibly the dates indicate the years various family members took over management of the business? Lo...cal history buffs will likely know more about it than we do! A nice piece of Southeastern York County, PA history to preserve and display. Apologies to our many local area friends and customers, but we can no longer provide personal pickup or deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. CONDITION: Pre-owned. Very good for a ceramic piece that is more than a century old. Nice display quality. No chips or cracks. The imprinted gold lettering is still strong and fully legible.
