This well kept cuckoo from 1989 was made in West Germany, stamped on the plate. It was in storage for 12 years so I completely overhauled the 30 hour Regula # 25 movement and guarantee it to function properly. I installed 4 bronze bushings (2 in front plate, 2 in back plate), new time ratchet wheel, new bellows, new pendulum and new chain hooks + rings. This movement is solid brass and steel no plastic like the new ones and will last a long time if you take care of it. The front of the... clock measures 7" wide x 11"from the top of birds head to bottom of leaf. Some people become very attached to their cuckoos and treat them like pets.
