This gorgeous and important example of Danish design by Finn Juhl for Baker is in excellent condition. The top has been professionally restored. The legs have been primmed and polished. The surface top uses figured maple which pictures can never do justice. It shimmers like the waves of an ocean as you move around it. The rest is made of solid walnut. Baker was and still is a maker of high end furniture so it's built to last. It's a wonderful piece of furniture that can fill awkward wa...ll spaces. An absolute perfect extry way table. Simply put, Finn Juhl is one of the greats. Arguably one of the most sought after Danish designers out there. Just five months ago a chair of his sold at auction for $50, 000. This table is Danish design at its best.
