This COLOR movie is identified as “Xmas film 1938” and includes shots of a boy trying on what looks like a new navy coat with blanket trim, same boy “studying” at desk, man scooping what looks like sugar or salt from a large sack into a bowl, elderly woman posed in chair, girl at desk maybe drawing on a paper, woman sitting down in chair, boy and girl pl...aying the piano, Christmas tree with elderly woman, girl on brand new bicycle with basket (a Schwinn Ladies Standard), boy with typewriter on his lap and elderly woman between him and the girl who is playing with a doll, and, lastly, the boy and girl opening gifts on floor as the camera pans to the top of the tree, which touches the ceiling. The Photoflood light set-up can be seen at the edge of some shots. Black steel reel by E.K. Co. is 100 foot size, 16 mm, measuring about 3 ¾ inches in diameter.
