An 8" tall amber-colored cylinder-shaped antique BITTERS or WHISKEY bottle. This is a very early hand Blown Into Mold bottle (BIM) with a tooled top, dating it all the way back to the 1800's, a good ONE CENTURY OLD !
Bottle embossed: "C.W. ABBOTT & CO. / BALTIMORE".
Base of bottle embossed: "C. W. ABBOTT & CO. / BALTIMORE".
Condition: Bottle has heavy stain and a shallow chip from the side of the lip. Otherwise NO cracks, chips, di...ngs, damage, etc. PLEASE see pictures for accurate idea of overall condition.Age: An early hand-blown bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled-top, ca. late 1800's.Shipping: All DOMESTIC shipping charges INCLUDE insurance. This bottle comes in at lease three different sizes, this is the middle size. These cylinder fifth sized Abbott's are not commonly found and when you do see them, they are usually the newer machine made bottles.
