This "J. H. Dallmeyer" "Dallon Tele-Anastigmat" lens has retained some of black finish.The lens extends as it should when the lever is moved and the diaphragm fins opens and close smoothly when the ring is turned, although this is a little stiff.The barrel has the makers and model details, however, this is a little difficult to read as the paint has worn away from much of the lettering.I can't find any scratches or fungus to the glass elements. There is a yellow filtered fitted.There ...are no dents or cracks to the metal alloy and it has a removable hood.I have tried to show the condition in the photographs.We are not experts on vintage cameras or their accessories, so please do ask if you require any further information or photographs.
