This is a CDV photo of the Haystack Monument at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. The photo was taken by Sanborn in Lowell, MA, ca. 1869-72. Image is in good condition with no significant mars. This marble monument was erected in 1869 at the site of the original meeting of a group who formed America's first foreign mission society, the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions (ABCFM).
