Ridgway Victorian Transfer Ware Child's china tea set - Maiden Hair Fern Pattern.. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. The Maiden Hair Fern pattern was registered in 1881. This is a good example of Victorian transfer ware. According to the note (included) from my aunt who sent this to me 25 years ago, this was probably a salesman’s sample. The set is incomplete. There are 17 pieces: 6 plates, 6 cups and 4 saucers and 1 coffee creamer. &n...bsp; All are in excellent condition with no chips or crack or stains. There is some glazing on the plates (see photo). The plates are 4 1/4” across, saucers are 3/12” across, tea cups are 2” across and 1/12/“ high, the creamer is 2” across and 1/3/4’ high. Charming with a lovely pattern.
