This is a rare talking 1965 Biff Bear.Biff was made by Mattel and he is what is known as a Yacker, which means his mouth moves as he talks.Biff talks loud and clear and you can tell by what he says that he is a tough guy(bear) wannabe. He'll say things like he wants to beat up a chipmunk or do you want to fight, no, that's good plus several other, he's quite comical.
Please keep in mind that Biff is 54 years old and has been played with so he is not perfect and shows definite signs ...of wear age and use.Please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions you may have.
