Original Description:
You will receive the items pictured.  An original letter offering the "History of the Fair" by Charles Stille for the whopping price of $5!  This fair along with others was to benefit soldiers of the Civil War.  I can not find the actual book being offered anywhere.  I would say this is a very rare item.

I stand behind everything I sell. I try and deliver a nice stamp that you would be proud to display in your album. But as the Mrs. will be glad to tell you, ...I'm not perfect. Sometimes I may make a mistake. If that's the case, I will be happy to replace the item or pay for you to send it back. My only condition is that you be polite.
