This SNY plate is garunteed 100% Original pre-1865! You will recieve the exact Dug SNY Plate you see pictured.  This is a beautiful green patina example of a dug Civil War State of New York waist belt plate (belt buckle). The plate has deteriorated along the edges, but this plate is 100% stable (no flaking). This is a great sturdy piece for any collector of Civil War or Militaria. The back retains the original lead filling and two belt studs, the hook broke long ago, likely the re...ason it was discarded. This is your chance to own a beautiful dug 100% original Civil War SNY plate. These were issued to, and worn by Union soldiers from New York during the Civil War.  Please ask amy and all questions before bidding! **flag NOT included** .
