THIS IS A SET OF 5 LARGE COAT US ARMY REGULATION BRASS BUTTONS AS USED DURING THE INDIAN WAR BY ALL THE BRANCHES OF SERVICE. THE SAME SIZE BUTTONS WERE USED ON THE WOOL BLUE COAT AND ALSO FOR THE SPANISH AMERICAN WAR KHAKI UNIFORM.THIS SET OF 5 WAS MADE BY DIFFERENT MAKERS.THEY ARE BASICALLY UNUSED BUT MAY HAVE SOME MINOR TARNISH OR A SPOT OR TWO OF VERT DE GRIS.
