World's Fair New Orleans 1885 Trade Card from Hill Brother ladies hats (millinery goods) 564 & 566 Broadway in New York City......given away at the fair probably at a booth or display area at the fair.....card says 'sample showroom' at 12 Chartres Street, New Orleans. The card measures approx. 4" x 6".......it has nice color and clean.....there are a few chips and a bit of edge damage, mostly on the right hand side, a crease in the upper right corner, nearly separated but still int...act with the rest of the card. ( see the pics for detail)I will pack the card carefully for the buyer upon shipment.
