This pin is a great example of war time military arms and equipment manufacturing awards. These were awarded to employees who showed initiative and drive on the job at Beech Craft in Wichita, Kansas. This item has a threaded post for a closure, which unfortunately has been lost. This die struct enameled pin is branded as sterling silver and has the same bright colors on it's face as it did in the 1940's. It measures 7/8" high and 3/8" wide. It is an excell...ent example of our the American war effort sacrifices our parents and grand parents made for freedom we still enjoy today. Mounted in a black velveteen presentation pin box.
