DESCRIPTION: Up for auction...An ORIGINAL U.S. 1867-1894 Patents U.S. MILITARY .45 GOV'T WEB CARTRIDGE BELT by MILLS & ORNDORFF. It is in great condition. It will hold 45 rounds in the single row woven integral loops. It is dark blue with brass buckle and fittings. It has 4 grommets spaced over approximately 8". The brass buckle is the 1890's dress buckle, worn mostly for more formal affairs. During routine, daily activities it would h...ave been removed and a "C" closure would have been used on the same belt.
