1922 Royal Model 10 Typewriter with Beveled Glass Side Windows (Serial X-660287). As you will see in the attached photos, it has a few scratches and some worn lettering and one key slightly bent, but still workable. Side panels show two beveled glass windows. The whole machine could probably use a thorough cleaning, since it has sat in our basement for thirty years, but with a plastic bag around it. The original cover is gone; ribbons surely need to be replaced. Our typewriter was used... by my dad in the '40's and later. I remember him sitting periodically at our dining room table typing up the minutes for upcoming meetings. When we bought the farmhouse where I was born and raised, the typewriter fell into our hands. For some reason, - nostalgic, I guess, we had the machine refurbished, just to say we had a vintage typewriter in working order. We never used it, nor did anyone else.
