Thisawesome typewriter is a Hermes 3000 portable from 1969 based on the serialnumber located on the metal plate under the ribbon cover on the left side.TheSerial# of this machine, as pictured, is # 3560556 .Thistypewriter was Engineered and built inSwitzerland.Ithas an all-aluminum body with a full aluminum matching case.ThisHermes 3000 has the PICA typeface font and is marked with "S6" oneach type bar by the factory.Thepitch is 10 pitch or 10 characters per inch.Thistypewriter has a H...ermes green body and case with piano white keys and platen knobs.Theback of the typewriter reads, “HERMES, Made In Switzerland By Paillard s.a.Yverdon".Onthe front center of the typewriter on the ribbon cover it reads, "Hermes3000 Made In Switzerland".Thistypewriter comes with a matching aluminum Seafoam Green original case with ahammered texture and chrome handle trim.An original Hermes cleaning brush underthe cover is included as pictured.Also, included is the original owner's user manual.
