This sterling pin/brooch is truly streamlined, smooth and abstracted from the shape of a flying bird, a goose or swan. The characteristic assuring that it is a bird rather than a 3 petaled flower or other object is the tiny head...sticking way out at the end of the elongated neck. This piece is in fine condition revealing very light use. It weighs about 19.5 grams and measures about 3 1/8" x 1 1/4". The swing pin with clasp works.
