The historic coin in this collection were officially issued by the Hutt River Province and designed by the world renowned American artist, Hal Reed. Each coin is guaranteed to be in Brilliant Uncirculated Condition. Some of the coins are not in brilliant condition as first issued because as time goes on they will develop cosmetic wear from being hand...led and just being exposed to the environment also air. So as of right now will be sold as uncirculated straight out of the book in to a holder. I will make a copy of the Certificate of authenticity paper work because the one that you see is stuck to the book. Please read before you Buy ~ The photo that you see with the name of what the coin is will not be coming with the coin because that was taken in the book holder just so you know what the name is.
