I am offering the Vintage~Tin, Plastic and Litho~Space Ship / X-5 Flying Saucer from the 1960's, manufactured by the Masutoku Toy Factory, Tokyo, Japan for Masudaya. This item is in very Good to Fine condition, with mild play wear (some scuffs and fine scratches). The X-5 Flying Saucer is painted in silver with med and dark blue details. It has the graphics of 'Space Ship' and the X-5 logo on alternate sides. The clear top dome shows the Space Pilot in his detailed compartment whi...ch is finished in multi colors of mauve, black, red, yellow, silver and blue, with a red accent ring around the clear plastic dome. It has 6 round working lights in red, yellow and green. The cockpit also features a white spinning radar antenna. The Flying Saucer features non-stop spinning, bump and go action, flashing lights and a beep-beep sound. The Flying Saucers impressive dimensions are 8" Round X 4.5" High. It uses Two (2) D Batteries, not included. The 'Space Ship X-5' has been tested and is in perfect working order. The box graphic has writing which states, "For the Children of the World".
