Victorian c. 1880 14k Solid Gold & Taille D’epargne Enamel Tie Tack/Lapel Pin 
This Victorian pin appears to have started life as something else—maybe a collar button? It was converted to a tie tack/lapel pin in the 20th century. Clearly the conversion was done professionally. The pin is 14k gold with lovely enamel details. The pin clutch is base metal. The pin weighs 1.52g (not including the base metal back). It measures is 17mm in diameter. There’s some minor enamel... loss, as shown in the photos. The metal is not hallmarked but has been tested.
