A Bernina 117-k Professional Sewing Machine Made in Switzerland, Serial number: 389886. This model was produced from 1938 to 1941 and was Bernina's first zig zag machine..
Features:- 5mm Stitch length- 5mm Stitch width- Forward, reverse & dropped feed dogs which makes her capable of free machine embroidery/darning.- Needle positioning (Center, Left, Right)- She produces extraordinary Satin Stitch thanks to her Swiss precision mechanics.- Free Motion / Darning mode ...! A very rare system allowing the foot to hop up/down. No need for special attachment.- comes with one metal bobbin case
An extremely well preserved BERNINA KL 117-K which has been in for a tune up on 9/22/2018 and used slightly since then. There is a picture provided with a copy of the receipt. The rubber wheel to wind a bobbin needs to be replaced.
