Beautifully preserved 20” Cissy doll by Madame Alexander. Vintage 1950’s. Dress, knickers and petticoat all in excellent condition. Strong elastics and snaps. Dress tag has great color and integrity. Sash has small stain from earring I guess. Roses are complete and consistent in colors. Blonde hair is tightly wrapped and woven; bun wrapping is complete. Eye lashes and brows are complete and full. Sleepy eyes open and close well. Eyes vary in color depending on light angle going fro...m blue, green, brown. Pearl 2 tier choker is solid with no repair. One pearl earring missing other is good. Seems to be some internal deterioration of the head. Shavings appear on neckline only when moved. Hard plastic torso with soft plastic jointed arms and legs. No cracks anywhere. Internal bands are pliable and not loose. Blushing on hands and knees. Missing her shoes.
