Vintage Presto J-5 Record Lathe Cutter Estate Find. I found this lathe and a few others in a recent estate auction. This lathe is a model J-5. It does power on but the platter does not engage. The motor does spin. I am not sure if it is something minor or not. It will need some work but looks to be pretty complete. Cosmetically it is in nice condition. The cutting head is intact. There is no corrosion on the interior. The speaker has a tear in the cone. With some work this will be a gr...eat addition to your collection. Shipping cost is $59.
