Three Colonial Deeds Hall - Ives Wallingford Meriden Ct. 1796 - 1807

Two early deeds from Wallingford, Ct. and one from neighboring Meriden..once part of Wallingford dated 1796 1806 and 1807. The earliest one some of it in old English is granting land in Wallingford to Ransom Ives. Signed by Witness Capt. Joshua Hall and a few others with a crude paper stamp along side Anno Domini and dated the 16th of March, 1796. In good condition with some staining and a tiny tear in the center fold. The second deed is from Wallingford, Ct. dated December 25, 1806 fr...om David Hall to his son Altmon Hall KNOW YE THAT he leaves him a certain piece of land in that town witnessed by Geo. Stanley and Benjamin Andrews the on the 19th day of Dec. 1806. Has a split on the last seam a third way down the document and some staining. The third deed is also partially in old English stating that Samuel and Eunis Anthony of Meriden, Ct. quit claim for 100 dollars a piece of land to Ransom Ives. Dated Jan. 10, 1807 with a stamp inked by the hand of Samuel and Eunis Anthony. Condition is good, some splits to the seams in the lower third portion of the document and staining. Still attractive historical early local documents of the Meriden-Wallingford area of Connecticut.
