WOW 🔥 Up for sale is a OUTSTANDING Antique THEODORE 'Teddy' ROOSEVELT Signed, Full signature as president, Appointment Letter, appointing, 'Charles McWhorter' as Naval Ensign, letter is dated 1908. This letter is also signed by the secretary of the navy at the time. And is stamped with official presidential Seal. Condition of this letter is EXCELLENT with light wear with age appropriate discoloration... of the paper, the blue stamp/ seal is peeling away from the document slightly and has been stored rolled up there for paper does not sit flat.
