Up for sale is a very rare antique 19th century gilt bronze desk top hotel bell.This large bell is cast out of thick gilt bronze, is a heavy well made piece, and has acquired a lovely patina from age.It is done with v very ornate detailing throughout and finished with a large matching finial.It has a spring loaded clapper on the side that activates when pushed down which then hits the thick metal bell.The bell is in nice working condition and measures 7 3/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide....
