Antique 1820 Spanish Revolution Civil War Brass Wood Glass Figural Snuff Box

Up for sale is a rare antique original period Spanish Civil War figural snuff box made in 1820.it's made of a hand carved wooden base with a hinged gold gilded brass lid.the thick lid has a very elaborate figural design done in high relief and reads "De Reconciliacion de las dos Espanas - 1820".when opened it exposes the carved inside with finger slots for easy access.behind is a very detailed gilded brass military figure mounted on a circular glass base.the base is also lined with&nbs...p;velour under the glass giving it a nice color shining through.the figure also has an original hole on the side that was gilded over so was there when it was made but not sure what is was used for.the piece is overall in nice condition and measures 5 inches tall by 4 3/4 inches back to front.the glass has some chips on the top and bottom.

buyer is responsible to file insurance claims via USPS, if package arrives broken or damaged, due to USPS's new policies the broken or damaged package has to be present when filing claims. If it is under 40$ and insurance is not requested from buyer, I will not be responsible to refund purchase for broken or lost item/items.
There will be no sales tax charged to cost of item, unless the buyer lives in, and/or is getting package shipped to a New Jersey address. Which will be a charge of 7% due to New Jersey state law.
So if you are a New Jersey resident and want to purchase an item, commit to buy item, and hold off to pay, so i can add sales tax to invoice.
