Fine and interesting antique letter from a Russian soldier serving with the American Expeditionary Forces during the Russian Civil War, dated 24th June 1919 addressed to 'Georgy Mikhailovich', and regarding G. Gentsh, a border guard who was committing robberies on behalf of the Bolsheviks of detained passengers, but not passing over all the money and hence he was going to be arrested but instead fled to Finland. Unfortunately there was another part to this letter that is now lost. There is a translation of the Russian text in the final image.
