Here is a really neat vintage Ronson Touch Tip Art Deco Cigarette Lighter & Clock Combination being sold in "as is" condition.
First off, let me tell you what is wrong with this lighter. It is missing the dip stick gadget that goes in the hole at the top of the lighter. I believe it was this metal stick that was heated inside the lighter and you would pull it out and light your cigarette. The ...clock does not work and there is some minor flake chipping in the margin to the left of the clock face.
Having pointed out the problems with this lighter, it may still have some value for parts or perhaps could be restored. I have seen this very same lighter in working condition sell for over $300
The base of the lighter measures 2 1/2 inches by 4 inches. The lighter stands about 3 3/4 inches tall.
This is a neat find.
This lighter is very heavy. Shipping costs have greatly increased. If I can ship the item at cheaper rate, I will. I will refund any differences of 50 cents or more
Poor to Acceptable Condition
CONDITION DETAILS: Lighter is in poor to acceptable condition because a part - "a metal stick that fitted into the lighter is missing), the clock doesn't work and there are some flake chips on the enamel on the left side of the clock dial. Please see all scans for the best description of the condition of this item.

On Jul-26-20 at 10:28:29 PDT, seller added the following information:i have been asked if the fly-wheel type mechanism inside the rectangular silver box on top of the lighter works when you push down on the silver colored plunger between the box and the place where the missing wand was supposed to be. The answer is yes. When you push down on this stem it causes the fly-wheel type mechanism to move inside the silver colored box. There are no sparks probably because the flint is missing or worn out. The cogs on the wheel are a slight bit rusty on the one side but it is not very bad.
I did a little research on this lighter and I believe this is sometimes called "The Maltese Falcon' lighter because it is just like the one that appeared in the famous movie classic called "The Maltese Falcon".
