Up for sale is a stunning original oil on canvas painting by listed highwaymen artist, Roy McLendon(1932). Painting is not framed. Any shadows seen are from me blocking light source. Painting is very calming. Not a heavy application of oils, subtle pastels used throughout. Complements may wall colors and decor. Most highwaymen paintings use bold colors, thick application and striking subject matter. This beachfront scene is more relaxed.

Painting is in good condition. No rips or tears to the canvas. Light dust to the sides. As with all highwaymen paintings, you should expect to see imperfections, debris and other irregularities that are common because of the manner in which they were created, stored and sold. I do not see any damage to the painting itself. I have taken sectional photographs from right to left, please review and zoom each section. Ask all questions before buying.
