This auction is for a Siebe Gorman Shallow Water Mine Recovery diving helmet. Used to clear mines after WWII. There is a number 6 on the faceplate. Excellent condition. Still retains all of the tinning.
We recently purchased a collection from retired East Coast diver, Bob Croot. The collection was put together over 40 years. In the colle...ction are many helmets, pumps (both rotary and hand), dresses, shoes, weight belts, parts, parts and more parts. Miscellaneous artwork and statues. There is also some vintage scuba. Don't worry Bob is not gone he has just changed his priorities. This is a large collection and we will be listing it over the next several months.
