If these two colorful gems don't bring a smile to your face, well... The 6-inch-square tile is designed by Berggren in the old Swedish folk style - a.k.a. "Dalmalningar" - with the sentiment "Food should be cooked with butter and love." The graphics are colorful and intact, and the surface is scratch-free and shiny. It comes ready-to-hang, or with its cork backing it can be used as a trivet. There are no chips, cracks, or damage to the cork backing. The multicolored hex si...gn/mandala is reminiscent of Pennsylvania Dutch designs, but its maker is unknown. It is 12" in diameter and 1/2" thick. The main pop-out color is orangish-red. The top surface feels like vinyl, and the sides and back look painted. It does have superficial surface scratches, but nothing that detracts from its presentation. It is ready-to-hang, but I can see it brightening up a lazy susan, too.
