This is nice looking vintage violin from the early 20thc that was made in Germany (no paper label inside-Steiner type )...features a carved lions head on top of the neck..the neck looks like its made of chestnut or oak....dont know the type of wood that was used ...violin has original finish and aged patina... neck is straight and attached-missing a tuning peg..no bridge ....all in nice structural shape with no damages and having normal surface wear consistent with age and use..there i...s no case...violin is 24"...looks and displays well and is guaranteed original and authentic ......
