Up for Auction is a STUNNING LARGE c1900 SHIEBLER STERLING SILVER NOUVEAU REPOUSSE CENTERPIECE BOWL This is one of the largest and finest examples of Sheibler Sterling I have ever personally seen. George W Shiebler is considered one of the most important American Silversmiths of the Art Nouveau period and examples of his work can be found in all the major museum and many private collections. This Bowl is a very special piece featuring amazing Art Nouveau Floral Repousse and pierced designs throughout.
Condition : The bowl is in excellent condition for the age with no large dents and no repairs plus it has never been monogrammed.
Size : The bowl is quite a large and impressive example for Shiebler, measuring 12-1/2 inches long by 8 inches wide, standing 1-1/4 inches tall and weighs 367 grams.
