Shipped with USPS First Class.BEAUTIFUL PLATE!!!Commemorates the 200th anniversary of the US Constitution. Plate type is still in use; however, only issued during a 3&1/2 month period in 1987, ending on December 31 of that year. Less than 5000 were issued.
