PENNSYLVANIA FLAGSHIP NIAGARA LICENSE PLATE PA ORIGINAL FN0899 USED AUTO TAG This is an original Pennsylvania Flagship Niagara license plate. It has been used and shows general wear, as you can see in the photo. There is a horizontal bend along the bottom edge of the plate. It still displays well, but could use some cleaning up. It was last used in 2012. Use the shipping calculator on the "Shipping and Payments" tab to check postage rates to your location.
