Lovely antique late Meiji or Early Taisho Period Japanese Imari porcelain charger with a scalloped rim (c 1910 - 1930) with the central round panel depicting flowers flowing from an incense burner shaped  planter encircled by vibrantly colored alternating panels of flowers. Includes metal wall hanger.

Size: 12.5" x 2" / 31.75cm x 5cm
Condition: Great condition. The painting and enamels are bright and there are no chips, cracks or hairlines. There is light wear commensura...te with age and a slight firing flaw causing a wavy line on one part of the underside which is sometimes found on chargers from this period (see photos for more detail).
