. Antique 18thc Biscuit Porcelain figure of a “ALady with a Cat” c1770.- Derby No 51 Delightful Derby figure of standing 5.25inches (13cms) high on a base 2.5 inches (6.5cms) across. The lady sits on a rocky mound whichitself is encrusted with flowers. The lady sits stroking a cat on her lap. Beautiful quality with fine detail. The base is incised 51. This 18thc Derby figure is in very goodcondition with just some very tiny losses to the tips of the le...aves and petalsThere is a little staining (so often seen with this medium) and the tips of twofingers are missing. The photos are part of the description soplease assess carefully. A similar figure (although enamelled )can be seenin Peter Bradshaw  Derby PorcelainFigures1750-1848 page 208    This really lovely, Derby 18thc figuredisplays well and would be an interesting addition to a collection.  I will ship worldwide.   Overseas buyers pay pal only please. ~~~~~~~
