I believe it to be complete; however, the handle only rotates counterclockwise so it may be broken. Included is the booklet, The Veedee and How to Use it. The booklet is approximately 50 pages...; and is heavily worn, but very interesting reading. Also included are pieces of the original box - also in bad shape.
