Vintage Scott Port-a-fold Red Portable SWIVEL Folding CLAMP-ON BOAT SEAT #2
The bottom cushion measures 16" wide x 14" deep
the back is 15" tall from the top of the bottom cushion and is also 16" wide
the clamp is adjustable from 9" to 14"
I have 3 of these seats - seat one and two are the same color. Seat # 3 is a little brighter red but seats 1 and 2 match hard to tell from the photos.
