This auction is for a 1951 Wisconsin State League Fond du Lac Panthers signed ball. The team was affiliated with the Yankees and was in existance 1940 to 1953. The ball needs cleaned, but I'll leave that to the new owner. The names I was able to read are: "51" Panthers, Bobby Jones, Michael Santoro, John Gierek, Eddie Gerken, Jimmy Ludka. I bought a box of trophies which had Pacific Command Japan trophies with Keith McGinnis listed on one, he played on the Quincy Gems... (recently sold team signed ball) and the Panthers. There is a lot of names that I can't make out as they are faint and the ball as mentioned needs cleaned. Other members of the team were:James Adlam, Carl Lemmons, Jack Malloy, Chuck Murr, Stanley Rosenzweig, Cecil Simpson, Jack Summers, Allen Weber, Edward Wheatley Robert Lee, Stephen Krall, James Bain, Jim Boles, August Carie, Kenneth Diskin, Raymond Dominic, Nathan Feldman, Ray Gafke, John Gebhard, John Wyatt. I have a 1950 ball listed right now. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
