Up for bid is a good used 1932 Royal Model "P" portable Typewriter with original case in semi Working condition.
This is the "P" series and the serial number is P313267. According to the typewriter database this serial number is correct for the 1932 model year.
The portable case measures 13" wide X 13" long X 6" tall.
This typewriter is in good looking condition with the normal signs of usage. It does have some mechanical issues with a few letters that sti...ck. The A, K and Q stick when they are struck. The other mechanical parts seem to function properly. The ribbon looks like it needs to be replaced. The case has signs of usage with nicks and scratches. The case handle is worn and the leather is pulled off. The 2 latches do latch but you have to push the tab to get them to catch. This typewriter should be serviced by a professional prior to usage.
This typewriter is being sold in "as is condition without warranty " due to it's age and not having any specific history for it.
