This vintage Masonic penny (or token) is from the Three Times Three Chapter No. 5 R. A. M. in Trenton, New Jersey. The chapter information is on one side, surrounding the words ONE PENNY. The other side has images of an ornate Masonic keystone, maul, and chisel. The brother's mark is engraved in the center of the keystone - consisting of a large letter 'M' and two letters 'E' (one reversed). The composition is copper, and the diameter is approximately 31 mm... (nearly 1-1/4").This item is in extremely fine condition, with very light actual wear, signs of handling, toning, and limited soiling, and it remains very bright. Especially on the obverse, there is attractive rainbow toning (pink, purple, blue, green, gold, etc.).
