This is a Very Cool Vintage Military Uniform Cloth Patch. It is a US TECHNICAL OBSERVER Patch worn by a Non-Combatant during the War. It measures about 2.5" tall and just shy of 3" wide and is in Super Clean Condition with barely a mark on it.
