Vintage 1950's Replogle Black Starlight 12" dia. world globe, done by Gustave Brueckmann. Dating in the 50's because this globe shows the Gold Coast in Africa, changed to Ghana in the lat 50's. This globe comes with its original box. The globe itself is in near mint condition, as it was not used and/or really removed from the box until yesterday. There is one minute area , as pictured, near the equator showing a very minute area where the black seems rubbed. ...The original box shows obvious signs of age and wear. You do not find these in this condition. Thank you.
