Bru-ell decoy name came from Bruce and Helen Wakefield from Watkins, MN. They started the company in the 1950's, their decoys then sold for $1/dozen. Since then, the Wakefields made many decoys in a variety of colors and sizes. They were made as working decoys but have since gained collector's attention for their eye appeal.
This 7" trout has tack eyes, metal fins and is weighted to swim. I believe it to be a unusual color pattern.
