So the only place to start with this is by saying I wish I could post more images. This photo album is very interesting and must date to the very start of the 20th century. The photos are all glued into the album and none are identified. (There is one loose photo but I can't figure out quite what it says - It looks like it's the Paruman Valley. A ranch is named and it's dated 1913.)Nevertheless, it looks like the family was out west - Nevada or California ...maybe. There are photos that show a log house, snow covered mountains in the background, desert conditions and irrigation pipes. There are plenty of horses but only one motorized vehicle. There's one page where a man has dressed as a woman with white face and a young person, maybe a girl, has dressed like a man. There are two images of a young woman with really, really long hair, one of a black Pullman and some taken in a town where they must have been visiting. They're shown at a train station, with sheep and hogs. They're in wagons and on horseback and one page features sheep wagons. There are a couple of pictures showing them butchering a hog, trapping wolves or coyotes and then posing with the piles of hides. They show them with killed bobcats and a little bunny. There's one photo of Native American rock art or cave art that I included as it might give you a clue as to where the ranch was. There are 127 photos in total. Please ask any questions.
