This is an Antique, Vintage Collectible Early to mid 1900's Cast Iron Original Old Salt Fisherman Doorstop or Bookend. The Fisherman is in a yellow jacket and white pants, holding a brown colored fishing net in his right hand. Left hand in his pocket. The jacket has black buttons and he is wearing a black hat and black shoes. You can see all the detail on the Fisherman's face. He is standing on a blue and white base that still has a small amount of green felt on the bottom.
Pre-owne...d Cast Iron Fisherman Bookend or Doorstop in excellent shape. There are chips in the paint but in great shape for age of piece. No cracks or repairs. Please see all pictures as this helps with the description.
This would be a nice addition to any collection.
Dimensions: Approximately 6 3/4" tall, 3" wide, 2 1/4" deep, weighs 3 lbs 2 oz.
